The achievement of 70% Emiratization of ADGAS workforce is part of ADGAS strategy for the few next years.This is mainly achieved through the pre-set Emiratization KPI and the action plan put for this purpose.
The action plan includes an intake scheme that incorporates the efforts of both ADGAS HR Division and ADNOC’s National Recruitment Committee (NRC). ADGAS also takes part in many recruitment fairs and campaigns under the NRC umbrella.
In the learning and development side, the Competency Assurance Management System (CAMS) and the Competency Assurance System (CAS) help ADGAS assimilate and train the new national intake and prepare young professional for productive and rewarding careers. These two systems are regularly reviewed and enhanced under ADNOC’s guidance to enhance their effectiveness and share the lesson learnt to prevent any shortfalls.
