Companies willing to register with ADGAS as prospective contractors are required to fill in the Contractor Pre-qualification document. The information provided shall be complete and accurate, as this data will be analysed to evaluate suitability of the organization to be a perspective Contractor. The completed pre-qualification document along with a covering letter and brief company profile and all required attachments shall be submitted to Head of Support Services in person with prior appointment. Incomplete documents without appropriate attachment will be liable for rejection.

Manufacturers who wish to pre-qualify their products with ADGAS are required to provide information as per the Manufacturer pre-qualification document. The prequalification document with all relevant information and required attachments shall be submitted to Support Services Department through their local authorized Agents. The document shall be submitted to the Head of Support Services Department.

Companies willing to register with ADGAS as prospective Suppliers or existing registered Suppliers who wish to add new product catalogues are required to fill in the Supplier Pre-qualification document. The information provided shall be complete and accurate, as this data will be analysed to evaluate suitability of the organization to be a perspective Supplier. The completed pre-qualification document along with a covering letter and brief company profile and all required attachments shall be submitted to Head of Support Services. New Suppliers shall submit the pre-qualification dossier to Head of Support Services in person with prior appointment. Incomplete documents without appropriate attachment will be liable for rejection.
